Destiny 2: Season of Arrivals - How to complete the Prophecy Dungeon

Destiny 2: Season of Arrivals brings with it a brand new dungeon that's quite different from the other to we've seen so far. The Nine are heavily involved with the Prophecy dungeon and as such, everything is a bit weird. The recommended Power level for the dungeon is 1040 but I'd suggest not attempting this if you and your fireteam are below 1000 Power. If the two other members of your team are 1010+ and you're hovering around 980, you might get away with just taking care of adds and collecting Motes while they take care of the bigger enemies. Scarlet Nexus Team Bond level guide: How to raise Team Bond level

The Scarlet Nexus Team Bond level is tied to your individual bond levels and opens a bit less than halfway through the game. The benefits earned from raising Team Bond levels aren’t quite as handy as the rank-up rewards for the individual bonds. However, they’re worth pursuing if only to get the most out of your interactions with each of the characters you meet. The trouble is Scarlet Nexus is rather vague in its introduction, so our guide explains how it all fits together, even when you think the Team Bond level isn't working. [Read More]

Sega confirms Sonic 3 won’t have its original music in Sonic Origins. Here’s what will be missing, and why

Sonic the Hedgehog 3 has one of the most classic and notable soundtracks in video game history. But in the latest 'definitive' release of the game, included as one of several games in Sonic Origins, its full and classic music won't be present. And with that confirmation, what was once one of gaming's most enduring pieces of development gossip is confirmed to be at least partially true. I had been hoping that Sega might’ve resolved the issues around this soundtrack for this release, like many Sonic fans and game history nerds. [Read More]

The Witcher 3: Now or Never

Romance Triss Merigold and rescue the mages of Novigrad in the second quest of this short but eventful sequence. Now or Never is the second quest required to romance Triss Merigold and to secure her help for Brothers in Arms: Velen in Act Two. You must complete A Matter of Life and Death to trigger it. Completing the quest opens new options in a later quest called Blindingly Obvious, and prevents the slaughter of Novigrad's mages in Act Three. [Read More]

Battlefield 2042 console players want mouse and keyboard support

The arrival of cross-play gave rise to another great, often neglected feature of new consoles: their ability to support mouse and keyboard. Battlefield 2042 supports cross-play between PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S - but only PC players get the choice of input device. If you're playing on PS5 or Xbox Series X/S, you can only use the consoles' default controllers. On PC, however, you can easily plug in a controller and enjoy the best of both worlds. [Read More]

Riot will buff Valorant’s Phoenix and Cypher, per Reddit AMA

Recently, Riot Games had a few members of their team conduct an AMA on Reddit to discuss all things to do with Valorant agents and game balancing. Valorant's Character Team came together to answer many players questions, and we got some interesting insights into the future of the game and its agents. Some of the most enlightening news from the Reddit AMA is that regarding Phoenix and Cypher. Two of the oldest Agents in the game, the pair are both admittedly much weaker than their newer counterparts. [Read More]

Tiny Tina's Wonderlands review – Borderlands gets a magic makeover

Tiny Tina's Wonderlands is – to both its benefit and to its detriment – a Borderlands game in shiny new packaging. The concept was promising, but given all that Gearbox had to work with, it didn’t really deliver. I have to admit that in the lead up to Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, I didn’t actually feel that hyped. The introduction of dragons and magic caught my interest, for sure, but I was still riding the Elden Ring high of the past month. [Read More]

Dark Souls 3 boss: how to beat High Lord Wolnir

Potentially difficult, but far from impossible. Let's have a bash at the skeleton king. High Lord Wolnir is a pretty manageable fight once you know what's going on - and provided your melee damage output is high enough. Ranged and magic users will have a tougher time of it. There are usually plenty of summon signs here, so take advantage if you're not built for melee. The fight takes place in a tunnel-like arena, and High Lord Wolnir advances along it. [Read More]

Grounded: Where to find Berry Leather, Grub Hide, Weed Stems

While Grounded is still in its larval stage, there are more resources to collect than even the mightiest ant could lug around. So despite being light on story content, it can be tough to track down everything you need in Obsidian’s latest adventure. Some of the item locations we’ll list below are vital to fundamental elements of the game, while others are just constituent parts of things that aren’t truly essential, but are nice to have all the same.
